My name is Pamela Corcoran, and I am an ordained non-denominational Chaplain with 30+ years’ of experience as a lay-minister in spiritual care and a former Hospice Chaplain for the Visiting Nurse Home Care (formerly Visiting Nurse Service of Greater RI). I am an ordained, certified Chaplain with the National Christian Chaplain Association and a seasoned public speaker.
My mission is to create a ceremony that reflects the wishes, beliefs, cultural background, and values - religious or non-religious - of your loved one, and your family.
My desire is to help you create a ceremony that reflects the dreams, and wishes for your special day. In collaboration with you we will skillfully create a service that is unique and your own.
Services
In collaboration with you, I will skillfully craft a eulogy and create a ceremony with quotes, poems, and readings. The ceremony will capture the essence of your loved one's life and reflect the feelings of those who loved and knew them the best. Then, with compassion, sincerity, and great care, I will officiate the ceremony at the funeral home, cemetery or memorial location of your choice. You have complete choice of and final approval over the ceremony. Your loved one's service will reflect the wishes of you and/or loved one. On the day of the service, I will officiate the ceremony and, together with the funeral director, will support you on this difficult and emotional day.
